PROGRAMMING THE WCM
| CAUTION | Read all notes and cautions for programming procedures. |
Note. Have the vehicle PIN readily available to enter whenever prompted before running the routine.
| CAUTION | If the PCM and WCM are replaced at the same time, the PCM MUST be programmed before the WCM. |
- Connect a battery charger to the vehicle.
- With the wiTECH diagnostic application, perform the following steps: Select "WIRELESS CONTROL MODULE (WCM)" Select the "MISCELLANEOUS FUNCTIONS" tab Highlight "WCM REPLACED" Select the "Start Misc Function" button Select "NEXT" Enter the PIN when prompted. Select "NEXT" Verify that the PIN number is correct Once verified select "NEXT" Select "NEXT" Note On-Screen instructions and select the "FINISH" button Cycle ignition key twice after the successful routine completion.
