ENGINE MOUNT
- Install the engine mount (2) onto the body frame rail. Tighten bolts (1) 75 N.m (55 ft. lbs.).
- Install the engine mount bracket (2) and tighten bolts (1) finger tight.
- Install engine mount through bolt (3) and tighten to 88 N.m (65 ft. lbs.). Tighten engine mount bracket bolts (1) to 68 N.m (50 ft. lbs.).
- Remove the floor jack.
- Install the windshield reservoir. Refer to «RESERVOIR, WINDSHIELD WASHER, INSTALLATION»(ref-612717-S26745984122014043000000) .
- Install the engine cover (1).
- Connect the negative battery cable.

- Disconnect the negative battery cable.
- Disconnect the piston cooling oil control valve harness connector (1).
- Using Shift Valve Socket (special tool #10237, Socket, Shift Valve) (1), remove the piston cooling oil control valve.

- Replace the O-ring seal.
- Using the Shift Valve Socket (special tool #10237, Socket, Shift Valve) (1), install the piston cooling oil control valve. Tighten to 20 N.m (177 in. lbs.).
- Connect the piston cooling oil control valve harness connector.
- Connect the negative battery cable.
- Start the engine and check for leaks.

- Disconnect the negative battery cable.
- Drain the engine oil.
- Remove the oil filter housing. Refer to «HOUSING, OIL FILTER, REMOVAL»(ref-612696-S19508327412014043000000) .
- Remove bolts (2) and the oil cooler adapter (1).
- Remove bolts (1) and the oil cooler (2).

- Clean the sealing surfaces and install new O-ring seals (1) on the back side of adapter.
- Clean the sealing surfaces and install new O-ring seals (1) on the front side of adapter.
- Install the oil cooler (1) onto the oil cooler adapter. Tighten bolts (1) to 10 N.m (89 in. lbs.).
- Install the oil cooler adapter (1) to the engine block. Tighten bolts (2) to 20 N.m (177 in. lbs.).
- Install the oil filter housing (1). Refer to «HOUSING, OIL FILTER, INSTALLATION»(ref-612696-S18422924302014043000000) .
- Fill the engine with the recommended oil. Refer to «CAPACITIES AND RECOMMENDED FLUIDS, SPECIFICATIONS»(ref-612692-S36910053762014043000000) .
- Connect the negative battery cable.
- Start the engine and check for leaks.

- Disconnect the negative battery cable.
- Remove the engine cover (1).
- Remove fasteners (2, 4) and the underbody belly pan (3).
- Recover the refrigerant from the refrigerant system. Refer to «PLUMBING, STANDARD PROCEDURE»(ref-612707-S15586852732014043000000) .
- Drain the cooling system. Refer to «STANDARD PROCEDURE»(ref-612716-S12637819952014043000000) .
- Disconnect upper radiator hose from radiator.
- Disconnect lower radiator hose at radiator.
- Disconnect cooling fan wire harness connector.
- Disconnect both A/C lines at condenser.
- Remove A/C condenser to radiator mounting screws and remove condenser.
- Unclip charge air cooler from radiator.
- Lift radiator and cooling fan assembly from vehicle.
- Remove the A/C compressor. Refer to «COMPRESSOR, A/C, INSTALLATION»(ref-612707-S19078228292014043000000) .
- Remove the generator. Refer to «GENERATOR, REMOVAL»(ref-612723-S29059642482014043000000) .
- Remove the mixing chamber (3). Refer to «MANIFOLD, INTAKE, REMOVAL»(ref-612696-S09851396902014043000000) .
- Remove bolts (2) and the EGR vacuum solenoid (1).
- Remove the bolts (1, 3) and accessory drive belt tensioner (2).
- Remove bolts (1) and the intake manifold support bracket (2).
- Release the lock tabs (1) and lift up on wire harness.
- Remove bolt (1) and wire harness support bracket (2).
- Disconnect the upper coolant temp sensor wire harness connector (1).
- Remove the three upper bolts (2).
- Disconnect the piston cooling oil control valve harness connector (1).
- Disconnect the coolant temperature sensor (1) wire harness connector.
- Remove the two bolt (2) securing the thermostat housing.
- Remove the bolts (1) from the accessory carrier.
- Disconnect the coolant hose (1) to the oil cooler and remove the accessory carrier.
- Remove the upper bolts (2).
- Remove the lower bolts (3) and the oil filter housing (1).
- Remove and discard the O-ring seals.

- Install new O-ring seals (2) onto the oil filter housing (1).
- Install the oil filter housing (1). Tighten the M6 bolts (2) to 10 N.m (89 in. lbs.). Tighten the M8 bolts (3) to 20 N.m (177 in. lbs.).
- Clean the gasket surfaces and install a new O-ring gasket (1) onto the accessory carrier.
- Position the accessory carrier to the engine and install bolts finger tight.
- Connect the coolant hose (1) to the oil cooler and set the lock tab.
- Tighten the accessory carrier bolts (1) to 20 N.m (177 in. lbs.).
- Install the two bolt (2) securing the thermostat housing to engine block. Tighten bolts to 9 N.m (80 in. lbs.).
- Connect the coolant temperature sensor wire harness connector (1).
- Connect the piston cooling oil control valve wire harness connector (1).
- Install the three accessory carrier upper bolts (2). Tighten bolts to 9 N.m (80 in. lbs.).
- Connect the upper coolant temp sensor wire harness connector (1).
- Install the wire harness support bracket (2). Tighten bolt (1) to 9 N.m (80 in. lbs.).
- Position the wire harness and push down to lock tabs (1).
- Install the mixing chamber support bracket (2). Tighten bolts to 9 N.m (80 in. lbs.).
- Install the accessory drive belt tensioner (2). Tighten M8 bolts (1) to 20 N.m (177 in. lbs.). Tighten M10 bolt (3) to 45 N.m (33 ft. lbs.).
- Install the EGR vacuum solenoid (1). Tighten bolts (2) to 9 N.m (80 in. lbs.).
- Install the mixing chamber (3). Refer to «MANIFOLD, INTAKE, INSTALLATION»(ref-612696-S03292169752014043000000) .
- Install the generator. Refer to «GENERATOR, INSTALLATION»(ref-612723-S15110375682014043000000) .
- Install the A/C compressor. Refer to «COMPRESSOR, A/C, INSTALLATION»(ref-612707-S19078228292014043000000) .
- Connect the air inlet hose at intake manifold.
- Lower the radiator and cooling fan assembly in vehicle. Attach charge air cooler to radiator.
- Attach the A/C condenser to radiator. Tighten the bolts to 5 N.m (44 in. lbs.).
- Remove the tape or plug from the condenser ports.
- Lubricate the new rubber O-ring seal with clean refrigerant oil and install it and a new gasket onto the liquid line fitting. Use only the specified O-ring as it is made of a special material for the R-134a system. Use only refrigerant oil of the type recommended for the A/C compressor in the vehicle.
- Connect both A/C lines to the condenser. Tighten the nuts to 5 N.m (44 in. lbs.).
- Connect the cooling fan electrical connector.
- Connect the lower radiator hose at radiator.
- Connect the upper radiator hose at radiator.
- Install the underbody belly pan.
- Fill the cooling system. Refer to «STANDARD PROCEDURE»(ref-612716-S12637819952014043000000) .
- Fill the engine with recommended engine oil. Refer to «CAPACITIES AND RECOMMENDED FLUIDS, SPECIFICATIONS»(ref-612692-S36910053762014043000000) .
- Install the engine cover (1).
- Connect the negative battery cable.
- Start the engine and check for leaks.
