AXLE RATIO SPECIFICATIONS
DESCRIPTION
Note. Information on XK8 models not available from manufacturer.
Differential assembly uses hypoid-type gears with output shafts and axle shafts. XJR model uses limited slip differentials. XJ6 models may be equipped with either limited slip or conventional differentials. Limited slip differential is identified by a tag stamped with the letters PL. Identification tag is bolted to differential housing cover.
