Inspection and Verification

1. Verify the customer concern.
2. Visually inspect for obvious signs of electrical damage.

VISUAL INSPECTION CHART

1. If an obvious cause for an observed or reported concern is found, correct the cause (if possible) before proceeding to the next step.
2. If the cause is not visually evident, verify the symptom and refer to the Jaguar Approved Diagnostic System.

1. Disconnect the battery ground cable.
2. Remove the driver side door trim panel. For additional information, refer to «FRONT DOOR TRIM PANEL»(ref-207817-S05377986182005120100000) .
3. Detach the driver door module (DDM).
4. Remove the DDM.
