Radiator cap pressure relief valve opens at approximately 13-17 psi (.9-1.19 kg/cm 2 ).
THERMOSTAT
On I-Mark models, thermostat begins opening at 177-182°F (80.5-83.5°C), and fully opens at 203°F (95°C). On all other models, thermostat begins opening at 180°F (82°C), and fully opens at 203°F (95°C).
