Radiator Core Support: Removal & Installation Infiniti FX45 I

Removal

1. Remove the front fender protector. Refer to «FENDER PROTECTOR»(ref-178951-S25061321652005062500000) .
2. Remove the front bumper. Refer to «FRONT BUMPER»(ref-178951-S17705111382005062500000) .
3. Remove the ICC. Refer to «ICC UNIT»(ref-169317-S27786689592004120800000) .
4. Remove the headlamp. Refer to HEADLAMP REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
5. Remove the washer tank. Refer to «REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION OF WASHER TANK»(ref-174008-S35624378072005032500000) .
6. Remove the resonator. For FX35, refer to «AIR CLEANER AND AIR DUCT»(ref-158850-S12244247462005020300000) . For FX45, refer to «AIR CLEANER AND AIR DUCT»(ref-158963-S32645370962005020300000) .
7. Remove the power steering oil cooler. Refer to «HYDRAULIC LINE»(ref-172959-S36501298962005030800000) .
8. Remove the ambient sensor. Refer to «AMBIENT SENSOR»(ref-171325-S25134304232005020800000) .
9. Remove the crash zone sensor. Refer to «CRASH ZONE SENSOR»(ref-170479-S36952257862005011000000) .
10. Remove the horn connector, cooling fan connector and harness clip.
11. Remove the hood lock and disconnect hood lock control cable. Refer to «REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION OF HOOD LOCK CONTROL»(ref-178921-S10617161552005062500000) .
12. Remove the reservoir tank. For FX35, refer to «RADIATOR»(ref-172368-S02734296862005022400000) . For FX45, refer to «RADIATOR»(ref-172394-S05766545462005022800000) .
13. Remove mounting blots and remove radiator core support. Remove mounting bolts with power tool.
14. After remove radiator core support, remove the horn, cooling fan.

Installation

Install in the reverse order of removal.
