Aiming Procedure

Park the vehicle on a level surface 7.6 m (25 ft) (3) away from a wall or other flat surface.
Measure the distance from the floor to the center of the fog lamp (5).
Using this measurement, mark the horizontal centerline of the fog lamp (1) on the flat surface directly in front of the vehicle.
Remove the front portion of the front wheel liner in order to access the adjusting screw.
Turn ON the fog lamps.
Reach inside of the front portion of the fender liner in order to access the fog lamp vertical adjustment screw on the bottom of the fog lamp.
Adjust the fog lamp so that the top edge of the fog lamp beam pattern is 100 mm (4 in) below the horizontal centerline (2).
Turn OFF the fog lamps.
Secure the forward edge of the front fender liner.

Scheme 43: Rear Fender Clearance Lamp Replacement

Preliminary Procedure Reach inside the rear fender and wheelhouse in order to disconnect the electrical connector for the rear fender lamp from the main chassis harness. Disengage the retainer securing the connector to the pick up box panel brace. From inside the wheelhouse push inward on the locking tab for the lamp assembly and push the lamp outward from the fender. Remove the lamp and electrical harness.
1	Rear Fender Clearance Lamps Tip: The amber lens is installed to the front of the rear fender and the red lens is installed at the rear of the rear fender.
