PASSENGER SIDE WINDOW DOES NOT WORK
- Ensure wiper fuse is good. With ignition switch in RUN or ACC position, check for voltage at passenger side switch. If there is no voltage, check for open between switch and fuse block. If okay, go to next step.
- With voltage applied to Pink wire at the switch, move switch to the UP position. Ensure voltage is present at Dark Blue wire. If voltage is not present, replace switch. If okay, go to next step.
- With power window switch in the UP position, check Dark Blue wire at power window motor for voltage. If voltage is not present, check for open between switch and motor.
- If voltage is present, connect a grounded jumper wire to Brown wire at the motor. If motor runs, check for open in ground circuit. If motor does not run, replace power window motor.
PASSENGER SIDE WINDOW ONLY WORKS WITH MASTER SWITCH
With ignition switch in RUN or ACC position, check for voltage at Pink wire on passenger side switch. If voltage is present, check open between switch and instrument panel harness connector. If voltage is present, replace passenger side switch.
PASSENGER SIDE WINDOW DOES NOT OPERATE WITH MASTER SWITCH
- With ignition in RUN or ACC position, check operation of driver's window. If driver's window works, voltage exists in master switch. Place master switch in UP position and check for voltage at Dark Blue wire.
- If voltage does not exist, replace master switch. If voltage exist, check for open between master switch and passenger side switch.
