  1. Disconnect the connector.
  2. Remove the sensor using a rocking motion.
  3. To install, reverse the removal procedure.

  1. Remove the RH floor duct. For additional information, refer to «FLOOR DUCT»(ref-204567-S37680069282005111300000) . .
  2. Remove the air inlet door mode door actuator. Disconnect the electrical connector. Detach the air inlet door link. Remove the screws and the air inlet door mode door actuator.
  3. To install, reverse the removal procedure. If installing an actuator removed from the vehicle, align the arrow (1) on the actuator housing with the line on the actuator coupling (2).
  4. Carry out the DATC module self-test to calibrate the floor duct door actuator and verify correct operation. For additional information, refer to «CLIMATE CONTROL SYSTEM-GENERAL INFORMATION»(ref-204566) .

  2. Remove the floor door mode door actuator. Disconnect the electrical connector. Remove the screws and the floor door mode door actuator.
  3. To install, reverse the removal procedure. If installing an actuator removed from the vehicle, align the arrow (1) on the actuator housing with the line on the actuator coupling (2).
  4. Carry out the DATC module self-test to calibrate the mode door actuator and verify correct operation. For additional information, refer to «CLIMATE CONTROL SYSTEM-GENERAL INFORMATION»(ref-204566) .

  2. Remove the cold air bypass door mode door actuator. Remove the screws. Disconnect the electrical connector. Remove the cold air bypass door mode door actuator.
  3. To install, reverse the removal procedure. If installing an actuator removed from the vehicle, align the arrow (1) on the actuator housing with the line on the actuator coupling (2).
  4. Carry out the DATC module self-test to calibrate the mode door actuator and verify correct operation. For additional information, refer to «CLIMATE CONTROL SYSTEM-GENERAL INFORMATION»(ref-204566) .

  1. Remove the instrument cluster. For additional information, refer to «INSTRUMENT CLUSTER»(ref-204577) .
  2. Remove the LH instrument panel insulator.
  3. Remove the actuator. Disconnect the connector. Remove the three screws and remove the actuator.
  4. To install, reverse the removal procedure. If reinstalling an actuator removed from the vehicle, align the arrow (1) on the actuator housing with the line on the actuator coupling (2).

  1. Disconnect the battery. For additional information, refer to «BATTERY, MOUNTING & CABLES»(ref-204581) .
  2. Remove the instrument panel. For additional information, refer to «INSTRUMENT PANEL AND CONSOLE»(ref-204638) .
  3. Remove the panel, floor console door actuator. Disconnect the link end from the center console door. Remove the screws. Remove the panel, floor console door actuator.
  4. To install, reverse the removal procedure. If reinstalling an actuator removed from the vehicle, align arrow (1) on the actuator housing with the line on the actuator coupling (2). Position the actuator and the door fully open or fully closed. Manually position the floor console door fully open or fully closed and then install the link. Following installation, verify the door position by checking the airflow to the panel and floor console.

  2. Remove the panel door actuator. Disconnect the electrical connector. Remove the screws. Remove the panel door actuator.
  3. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
  4. Perform the DATC module self-test to calibrate the panel door actuator and verify correct operation.

  1. Remove the evaporator core housing. For additional information, refer to «HEATING & VENTILATION»(ref-204569) .
  2. Disconnect the connector.
  3. Remove the screws which attach the air inlet housing to the evaporator core housing.
  4. Remove the blower motor speed control mounting screw.
  5. Disengage the clip, separate the air inlet and evaporator housings and remove the blower motor speed control.
  6. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
