Installation

1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.

1. Remove the shifter top control panel. (Scheme 381): Removing Shifter Top Control Panel
2. Disconnect the electrical connectors. (Scheme 382): Disconnecting Electrical Connectors
3. Remove the shifter bezel. (Scheme 383): Removing Shifter Bezel
4. Remove the bulb from the bezel. (Scheme 384): Removing Bulb From Bezel
5. Disconnect the TCS connector. (Scheme 385): Disconnecting TCS Connector
6. Remove the screw and the handle.
7. Raise and support the vehicle.
8. Disconnect the shift cable and discard the plastic clip. (Scheme 387): Disconnecting Shift Cable And Discarding Plastic Clip
9. Lower the vehicle.
10. Remove the shifter. (Scheme 388): Removing Shifter

1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
