Fuel Tank Draining

- With the vehicle in NEUTRAL, position it on a hoist. For additional information, refer to «JACKING AND LIFTING»(ref-270881) .
- Disconnect the battery ground cable. For additional information, refer to «BATTERY, MOUNTING AND CABLES»(ref-270948) .
- Loosen the clamp and disconnect the fuel tank filler pipe. To install, tighten to 3 Nm (27 lb-in).
- Using the special tool and the fuel tanker, siphon the fuel from the fuel tank.
