Normal Operation
Under normal operation, in low speed, only the LH fan is initially in operation. Voltage is supplied to the low speed cooling fan relay through circuit 60 (BK/LG). When the relay is energized, voltage is fed to the LH cooling fan motor through circuit 538 (GY/RD). Ground for the cooling fan motor is provided through circuit 57 (BK).
After the LH fan has been energized for 5-10 seconds, the RH fan will start automatically. When the relay is energized, voltage is fed to the RH cooling fan motor through circuit 3829 (LB/BK). Ground for the cooling fan motor is provided through circuit 57 (BK).
Under normal operation, in high speed, both fans are in operation. Voltage is supplied to the high speed cooling fan relay through circuit 30 (BK/LG). When the relay is energized, voltage is fed to the LH and RH cooling fan motors through circuit 229 (RD/OG). Ground for the cooling fan motor is provided through circuit 57 (BK). The low speed cooling fan relays are de-energized.
Under normal operation, in low speed, voltage is supplied to the low speed cooling fan relay through circuit 30 (BK/LG). When the low speed cooling fan relay is energized, voltage is fed to the RH cooling fan motor through circuit 229 (RD/OG) then on to the high speed cooling fan relay 1 (unenergized state) through circuit 3829 (LB/BK) and finally to the LH cooling motor through circuit 538 (GY/RD). Ground for the cooling fan motors are provided through circuit 57 (BK).
Under normal operation, in high speed, voltage is supplied to the low speed cooling fan relay through circuit 30 (BK/LG) and to the high speed cooling relay 1 through circuit 60 (BK/LG). When the low speed cooling fan relay is energized, voltage is fed to the RH cooling fan motor through circuit 229 (RD/OG) then on to the high speed cooling fan relay 2 (energized state) through circuit 3829 (LB/BK). Ground for the RH cooling fan motor is provided through circuit 57 (BK). When the high speed cooling fan relay 1 is energized, voltage is fed to the LH cooling fan motor through circuit 538 (GY/RD). Ground for the LH cooling fan motor is provided through circuit 57 (BK)
