Removal & Installation
Disconnect both negative battery cables. Raise vehicle on hoist. Remove retaining nut and position cable bracket aside. Remove starter solenoid protective cap. Remove starter solenoid electrical connections. Remove starter bolts. Remove starter. To install, reverse removal procedure. Tighten bolts to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
