- Remove IMRC housing. Apply 12-20 in. Hg to vacuum inlet port. Turn adjustment screw to obtain.002" (.05 mm) clearance from lever arm. (Scheme 5) To complete adjustment, rotate adjustment screw 270-360 degrees clockwise.
- When adjustment is complete, valve plates should rotate freely to open position when vacuum is released and close when vacuum is applied. Ensure that adjustment screw contacts lever arm when valve plates are closed.
