IDLE SPEED CONTROL (ISC) MOTOR OPERATION TEST
Note. On DOHC engines, ISC motor controls a pintle-type air by-pass valve to regulate idle air by-pass volume. On SOHC engines, ISC motor adjusts throttle plate angle to regulate idle air by-pass volume.
