- Remove rear crankshaft oil seals from cylinder block and main bearing cap. Lubricate oil seal. Install rear crankshaft oil seals with Yellow paint toward rear of engine.
- To prevent oil leakage, apply one drop of Loctite 515 sealant next to oil seal on main bearing cap surface before installing. Apply silicone adhesive sealant at bearing cap-to-cylinder block joint. (Scheme 11)
