SHAFT SEAL
Shaft seal is not serviceable. If excessive oil is present on pulley and plate friction surfaces or on compressor shaft nose area, replace compressor.

Note. Tools Required: Shaft Seal Remover/Installer (J-33942-B) and Shaft Seal Protector (J-34614).
Note. The shaft seal is not serviceable. If seal is leaking, the compressor must be replaced.
Note. On 10PA17 compressor, if shaft seal is leaking compressor must be replaced.
SANDEN SD-7H15 7-CYLINDER
Note. On Cherokee, Dakota, Durango and Ram Pickup, compressor clutch can be serviced in vehicle, without discharging A/C system.
