  1. Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable.
  2. Open the sunglass storage bin.
  3. Remove the two fasteners (2) from the overhead console (1).
  4. Place a trim stick or equivalent, between the headliner and the overhead console (1) front center.
  5. Pry gently until the retaining clips are released.
  6. If only replacing bulb, turn socket (3) clockwise to remove bulb with connector from the reading lamp assembly. Replace bulb and proceed to installation topic. Refer to «LAMP, READING, INSTALLATION»(ref-646265-S31971098952014072800000) .
  7. Disconnect the overhead console (1) wiring connector (2).
  8. Remove the overhead console (1) from the vehicle.
