- When Monitored: During a Keyless Go event.
Set Conditions
- Set Condition: When the driver starts the vehicle, using the Push Button, the Passive Entry Module looks at the antennas and verifies that they are operational. This Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) sets if it finds that the signal or return circuit of antenna 2 is open or short to ground.

- When Monitored: During a Keyless Go event.
- Set Condition: The Passive Entry Module (PEM) receives and monitors the Vehicle Identification (VIN) message from the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) and records the VIN if different from the last VIN. If the module was used on a previous vehicle, the VIN will be set to that vehicle and the module will have to be replaced.
