Cylinder head tightening

The cylinder head gasket is dry fitted

The cylinder head screws, previously coated with MOLYKOTE G RAPID PLUS grease under heads and on threads

These screws will have first been carefully brushed with a metallic brush

Tightening

  • Bolt by bolt in the order from 1 to 10 - tightening torque to 4 da.Nm
  • Bolt by bolt in the order from 1 to 10 - tighten by an angle of 260° ± 5° (length under head 184,4 ± 0,3 mm)

Measurements with a theoretical clearance at the valves of 0,8 mm

Valve clearances when cold

Inlet valve: 0,15 mm
