Modification
The PTFE seals gradually replace the VITON seals
The PTFE seals are supplied with a fitting sleeve (with the exception of the crankshaft seal on the flywheel side)
Replacement
WarningEach seal which is removed must be replaced with a new seal of the same type
NoteA VITON seal can replace a PTFE seal
WarningEach type of seal requires a specific fitting drift
WarningOil the inner lip of the seal before fitting it
WarningThe exterior surface of the seal must be free of any traces of oil
