Both Power Mirrors Inoperative
- Check PWR MIR fuse (5-amp) in instrument panel fuse block, lower left side of dash, next to kick panel. If fuse is okay, go to next step. If fuse is blown, check Orange wire between PWR MIR fuse terminal and power mirror switch connector terminal "H" for a short. See «WIRING DIAGRAMS»(ref-2644-S25481753052000041000000). (Scheme 2) Repair as necessary and retest system.
- Disconnect power mirror switch harness connector. Connect test light between power mirror switch harness connector terminal "H" (Orange wire) and ground. (Scheme 2) If test light illuminates, go to next step. If test light does not illuminate, repair open in Orange wire between power mirror switch connector terminal "H" and PWR MIR fuse terminal in instrument panel fuse block. See «WIRING DIAGRAMS»(ref-2644-S25481753052000041000000).
- Connect test light between power mirror switch harness connector terminals "H" (Orange wire) and "A" (Black wire). (Scheme 2) If test light does not illuminate, repair open in Black wire between power mirror switch connector terminal "A" and ground G110, underhood, above battery. If test light illuminates, go to next step.
- Disconnect left-side power mirror harness connector. Using ohmmeter, check continuity of Yellow wire between power mirror switch connector terminal "D" and power mirror connector terminal "C". (Scheme 2)and (Scheme 3). See «WIRING DIAGRAMS»(ref-2644-S25481753052000041000000). If continuity exists, replace power mirror switch. If continuity does not exist, repair open in Yellow wire between power mirror switch connector terminal "D" and power mirror connector terminal "C".

One Power Mirror Inoperative In Any Direction, Other Mirror Operates Properly
- Disconnect wiring harness connector from inoperative mirror. Move power mirror switch to position of inoperative mirror. Connect a test light between ground and power mirror connector terminal "C" (Yellow wire). (Scheme 3) Move power mirror switch to up position. If test light illuminates, replace inoperative power mirror. See «POWER MIRROR ASSEMBLY»(ref-2644-S17275443452000041000000) under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION. If test light does not illuminate, go to next step.
- Check for an open in Yellow wire between power mirror connector terminal "C" and power mirror switch connector terminal "D". See «WIRING DIAGRAMS»(ref-2644-S25481753052000041000000). Repair as necessary and retest system. If Yellow wire is okay, replace power mirror switch.
Left-Side Power Mirror Inoperative In Up/Down Positions
- Disconnect left-side power mirror harness connector. Connect test light between left-side power mirror harness connector terminal "D" (Light Green wire) and ground. (Scheme 3) Move power mirror switch to left mirror, down position. If test light does not illuminate, go to next step. If test light illuminates, replace left-side power mirror. - Using a test light connected to ground, backprobe left-side power mirror switch harness connector terminal "D" (Light Green wire). (Scheme 2) Move power mirror switch to DOWN position. If test light does not illuminate, replace power mirror switch. If test light illuminates, repair open in Light Green wire between left-side power mirror connector terminal "D" and power mirror switch connector terminal "E". See «WIRING DIAGRAMS»(ref-2644-S25481753052000041000000).
Right-Side Power Mirror Inoperative In Up/Down Positions
- Disconnect right-side power mirror harness connector. Connect test light between right-side power mirror harness connector terminal "D" (Purple/White wire) and ground. (Scheme 3) Move power mirror switch to right mirror, down position. If test light does not illuminate, go to next step. If test light illuminates, replace right-side power mirror. - Using a test light connected to ground, backprobe right-side power mirror switch harness connector terminal "D" (Purple/White wire). (Scheme 2) Move power mirror switch to down position. If test light does not illuminate, replace power mirror switch. If test light illuminates, repair open in Purple/White wire between right-side power mirror connector terminal "D" and power mirror switch connector terminal "F". Left-Side Power Mirror Inoperative In Left/Right Positions
- Disconnect left-side power mirror harness connector. Connect test light between left-side power mirror harness connector terminal "E" (Light Blue wire) and ground. (Scheme 3) Move power mirror switch to left mirror, left position. If test light illuminates, replace left-side power mirror. - Using a test light connected to ground, backprobe power mirror switch harness connector terminal "B" (Light Blue wire). (Scheme 2) Move power mirror switch to left position. If test light does not illuminate, replace power mirror switch. If test light illuminates, repair open in Light Blue wire between left-side power mirror connector terminal "E" and power mirror switch connector terminal "B". Right-Side Power Mirror Inoperative In Left/Right Positions
- Disconnect right-side power mirror harness connector. Connect test light between right-side power mirror harness connector terminal "E" (Gray wire) and ground. (Scheme 3) Move power mirror switch to right mirror, left position. If test light does not illuminate, go to next step. If test light illuminates, replace right-side power mirror. - Using a test light connected to ground, backprobe power mirror switch harness connector terminal "C" (Gray wire). (Scheme 2) Move power mirror switch to right mirror, left position. If test light does not illuminate, replace power mirror switch. If test light illuminates, repair open in Gray wire between right-side power mirror connector terminal "E" and power mirror switch connector terminal "C". - Check MIR/LKS fuse (3-amp) in underhood fuse block, on left-side fenderwell. If fuse is okay, go to next step. If fuse is blown, check Orange wire between MIR/LKS fuse terminal and power mirror switch connector terminal "G" for a short. See «WIRING DIAGRAMS»(ref-2644-S25481753052000041000000).
- Disconnect power mirror switch harness connector. Using test light, backprobe between power mirror switch harness connector terminal "G" (Orange wire) and ground. (Scheme 4) If test light illuminates, go to next step. If test light does not illuminate, repair open in Orange wire between power mirror switch and MIR/LKS fuse terminal in underhood fuse block. - Using test light, backprobe between power mirror switch harness connector terminals "G" (Orange wire) and "B" (Black wire). (Scheme 4) If test light illuminates, check for poor connection at power mirror switch. If connection is okay, replace power mirror switch. If test light does not illuminate, repair open or poor connection in Black wire between power mirror switch connector terminal "B" and ground G202, left-front of instrument panel. - Disconnect wiring harness connector from inoperative mirror. Move power mirror switch to position of inoperative mirror. Connect a test light between ground and power mirror connector terminal "C" (Yellow wire). (Scheme 3) Move power mirror switch to up position. If test light illuminates, go to next step. If test light does not illuminate, repair open in Yellow wire between power mirror connector terminal "C" and power mirror switch. See «WIRING DIAGRAMS»(ref-2644-S25481753052000041000000).
- Using test light, backprobe between left-side power mirror harness connector terminals "C" (Yellow wire) and "E" (White wire). (Scheme 3) Move power mirror switch to left and right positions. If test light illuminates in both positions, replace left-side power mirror. See «POWER MIRROR ASSEMBLY»(ref-2644-S17275443452000041000000) under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION. If test light does not illuminate in both positions, repair open in White or Yellow wire between power mirror switch and left-side power mirror. - Disconnect power mirror switch harness connector. Connect test light between power mirror switch harness connector terminal "H" (Orange wire) and ground. (Scheme 2) If test light illuminates, go to next step. If test light does not illuminate, repair open in Orange wire between power mirror switch and instrument panel fuse block. See «WIRING DIAGRAMS»(ref-2644-S25481753052000041000000).
- Connect test light between power mirror switch harness connector terminals "A" (Black wire) and "H" (Orange wire). If test light does not illuminate, repair open in Black wire between power mirror switch and ground. See «WIRING DIAGRAMS»(ref-2644-S25481753052000041000000). If test light illuminates, check for open in Red wire between power mirror switch and splice S503, located inside left door harness, 10" (25 cm) into outside rearview mirror breakout. If circuit is okay, replace power mirror switch.
- Disconnect left-side power mirror harness connector. Connect test light between left-side power mirror harness connector terminal "D" (Light Green wire) and ground. (Scheme 5) Move power mirror switch to left mirror, down position. If test light illuminates, go to next step. If test light does not illuminate, check for open in Light Green wire between left-side power mirror connector terminal "D" and power mirror switch. - Connect test light between left-side power mirror harness connector terminal "C" (Red wire) and battery voltage. (Scheme 5) Move power mirror switch to down position. If test light does not illuminate, replace power mirror switch.

If test light does not illuminate, check for open in Light Blue wire between left-side power mirror connector terminal "A" and power mirror switch. - Connect test light between left-side power mirror harness connector terminal "B" (Red wire) and battery voltage. Move power mirror switch to left position. If test light does not illuminate, replace power mirror switch.
- Disconnect right-side power mirror harness connector. Connect test light between right-side power mirror harness connector terminal "A" (Gray wire) and ground. (Scheme 5) Move power mirror switch to right mirror, left position. If test light illuminates, go to next step. If test light does not illuminate, check for open in Gray wire between right-side power mirror connector terminal "A" and power mirror switch. - Connect test light between right-side power mirror harness connector terminal "B" (Black wire) and battery voltage. (Scheme 5) Move power mirror switch to left position. If test light does not illuminate, replace power mirror switch.
- Check CTSY fuse (20-amp) in instrument panel fuse block, in left lower kick panel. If fuse is okay, go to next step. If fuse is blown, check Orange wire between CTSY fuse terminal and power mirror switch connector terminal "E" for a short. See «WIRING DIAGRAMS»(ref-2644-S25481753052000041000000). Repair as necessary and retest system.
- Disconnect power mirror switch harness connector. Connect test light between power mirror switch harness connector terminal "E" (Orange wire) and ground. (Scheme 6) If test light illuminates, go to next step. If test light does not illuminate, repair open in Orange wire between power mirror switch and instrument panel fuse block. - Connect test light between power mirror switch harness connector terminal "D" (Black wire) and battery voltage. (Scheme 6) If test light illuminates, check for poor connection at power mirror switch. If connection is okay, replace power mirror switch. If test light does not illuminate, repair poor connection or open in Black wire between power mirror switch connector terminal "D" and ground, behind left-side kick panel. Scheme 6
Left-Side Power Mirror Inoperative
Disconnect left-side power mirror harness connector. Disconnect power mirror switch harness connector. Using ohmmeter, check continuity of Light Green wire between power mirror switch harness connector terminal "C" and left-side power mirror harness connector terminal "E". (Scheme 5)and (Scheme 6). If continuity exists, replace power mirror switch. If continuity does not exist, repair open in Light Green wire between power mirror switch connector terminal "C" and left-side power mirror connector terminal "E". See WIRING DIAGRAMS.
Right-Side Power Mirror Inoperative
Disconnect right-side power mirror harness connector. Disconnect power mirror switch harness connector. Using ohmmeter, check continuity of Light Blue/White wire between right-side power mirror harness connector terminal "E" and power mirror switch harness connector terminal "H". (Scheme 5)and (Scheme 6). If test light illuminates, replace power mirror switch. If test light does not illuminate, repair open in Light Blue/White wire between power mirror switch connector terminal "H" and right-side power mirror connector terminal "E". See WIRING DIAGRAMS.
- Disconnect power mirror switch harness connector. Connect an ohmmeter between power mirror switch terminals "E" (Orange wire) and "F" (Yellow wire). (Scheme 6) With left-side mirror selected, move power mirror switch to up position. If continuity exists, go to next step. If continuity does not exist, replace power mirror switch.
- Connect an ohmmeter between power mirror switch terminals "C" (Light Green wire) and "D" (Black wire). (Scheme 6) Move power mirror switch to up position. If continuity exists, go to next step. If continuity does not exist, replace power mirror switch.
- Connect ohmmeter between power mirror switch terminals "D" (Black wire) and "F" (Yellow wire). (Scheme 6) Move power mirror switch to down position. If continuity exists, go to next step. If continuity does not exist, replace power mirror switch.
- Connect ohmmeter between power mirror switch terminals "C" (Light Green wire) and "E" (Orange wire). (Scheme 6) Move power mirror switch to down position. If continuity exists, go to next step. If continuity does not exist, replace power mirror switch.
- Disconnect left-side power mirror harness connector. Connect ohmmeter between power mirror switch harness connector terminal "F" and left-side power mirror harness connector terminal "D" (Yellow wire). (Scheme 5)and (Scheme 6). If continuity exists, go to next step. If continuity does not exist, repair open in Yellow wire between power mirror switch connector terminal "F" and left-side power mirror connector terminal "D". - Connect ohmmeter between power mirror switch harness connector terminal "C" and left-side power mirror harness connector terminal "E" (Light Green wire). (Scheme 5)and (Scheme 6). If continuity does not exist, repair open in Light Green wire between power mirror switch connector terminal "C" and left-side power mirror connector "E". - Disconnect power mirror switch harness connector. Connect ohmmeter between power mirror switch terminals "B" (Brown/White wire) and "E" (Orange wire). (Scheme 6) With right-side mirror selected, move power mirror switch to up position. If continuity exists, go to next step. If continuity does not exist, replace power mirror switch.
- Connect ohmmeter between power mirror switch terminals "D" (Black wire) and "H" (Light Blue/White wire). (Scheme 6) Move power mirror switch to up position. If continuity exists, go to next step. If continuity does not exist, replace power mirror switch.
- Connect ohmmeter between power mirror switch terminals "B" (Brown/White wire) and "D" (Black wire). (Scheme 6) Move power mirror switch to down position. If continuity exists, go to next step. If continuity does not exist, replace power mirror switch.
- Connect ohmmeter between power mirror switch terminals "E" (Orange wire) and "H" (Light Blue/White wire). (Scheme 6) Move power mirror switch to down position. If continuity exists, go to next step. If continuity does not exist, replace power mirror switch.
- Disconnect right-side power mirror harness connector. Connect ohmmeter between power mirror switch harness connector terminal "B" and right-side power mirror harness connector terminal "D" (Brown/White wire). (Scheme 5)and (Scheme 6). If continuity exists, go to next step. If continuity does not exist, repair open in Brown/White wire between power mirror switch connector terminal "B" and right-side power mirror connector terminal "D". - Connect ohmmeter between power mirror switch harness connector terminal "H" (Light Blue/White wire) and right-side power mirror harness connector terminal "E" (Light Blue/White wire). (Scheme 5)and (Scheme 6). If continuity exists, replace right-side power mirror. See «POWER MIRROR ASSEMBLY»(ref-2644-S17275443452000041000000) under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION. If continuity does not exist, repair open in Light Blue/White wire between power mirror switch connector terminal "H" and right-side power mirror connector terminal "E". - Disconnect power mirror switch harness connector. Connect ohmmeter between power mirror switch terminals "E" (Orange wire) and "G" (Light Blue wire). (Scheme 6) With left-side mirror selected, move power mirror switch to left position. If continuity exists, go to next step. If continuity does not exist, replace power mirror switch.
- Connect ohmmeter between power mirror switch terminal"C" (Light Green wire) and "D" (Black wire). (Scheme 6) Move power mirror switch to left position. If continuity exists, go to next step. If continuity does not exist, replace power mirror switch.
- Connect ohmmeter between power mirror switch terminals "D" (Black wire) and "G" (Light Blue wire). (Scheme 6) Move power mirror switch to right position. If continuity exists, go to next step. If continuity does not exist, replace power mirror switch.
- Connect ohmmeter between power mirror switch terminals "C" (Light Green wire) and "E" (Orange wire). (Scheme 6) Move power mirror switch to right position. If continuity exists, go to next step. If continuity does not exist, replace power mirror switch.
- Disconnect left-side power mirror harness connector. Connect ohmmeter between power mirror switch harness connector terminal "G" and left-side power mirror harness connector terminal "F" (Light Blue wire). (Scheme 5)and (Scheme 6). If continuity exists, go to next step. If continuity does not exist, repair open in Light Blue wire between power mirror switch connector terminal "G" and left-side power mirror connector terminal "F". - Connect ohmmeter between power mirror switch harness connector terminal "C" and left-side power mirror harness connector terminal "C" (Light Green wire). (Scheme 5)and (Scheme 6). If continuity exists, replace left-side power mirror. See «POWER MIRROR ASSEMBLY»(ref-2644-S17275443452000041000000) under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION. If continuity, does not exist, repair open in Light Green wire between power mirror switch connector terminal "C" and left-side power mirror connector terminal "C". - Disconnect power mirror switch harness connector. Connect ohmmeter between power mirror switch terminals "A" (Gray wire) and "E" (Orange wire). (Scheme 6) With right-side mirror selected, move power mirror switch to left position. If continuity exists, go to next step. If continuity does not exist, replace power mirror switch.
- Connect ohmmeter between power mirror switch terminals "D" (Black wire) and "H" (Light Blue/White wire). (Scheme 6) Move power mirror switch to left position. If continuity exists, go to next step. If continuity does not exist, replace power mirror switch.
- Connect ohmmeter between power mirror switch terminals "D" (Black wire) and "A" (Gray wire). (Scheme 6) Move power mirror switch to right position. If continuity exists, go to next step. If continuity does not exist, replace power mirror switch.
- Connect ohmmeter between power mirror switch terminals "E" (Orange wire) and "H" (Light Blue/White wire). (Scheme 6) Move power mirror switch to right position. If continuity exists, go to next step. If continuity does not exist, replace power mirror switch.
- Disconnect right-side power mirror harness connector. Connect ohmmeter between power mirror switch harness connector terminal "A" and right-side power mirror harness connector terminal "F" (Gray wire). (Scheme 5)and (Scheme 6). If continuity exists, go to next step. If continuity does not exist, repair open in Gray wire between power mirror switch connector terminal "A" and right-side power mirror connector terminal "F". See «WIRING DIAGRAMS»(ref-2644-S25481753052000041000000).
- Connect ohmmeter between power mirror switch harness connector terminal "H" and right-side power mirror harness connector terminal "C" (Light Blue/White wire). (Scheme 5)and (Scheme 6). If continuity exists, replace right-side power mirror. See «POWER MIRROR ASSEMBLY»(ref-2644-S17275443452000041000000) under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION. If continuity does not exist, repair open in Light Blue/White wire between power mirror switch connector terminal "H" and right-side power mirror connector terminal "C". See «WIRING DIAGRAMS»(ref-2644-S25481753052000041000000).
- Check PWR MIRROR fuse (10-amp) located in fuse block right-side of instrument panel, in door opening. If fuse is open, repair short to ground in Orange wire between PWR MIRROR fuse terminal in fuse block and power mirror switch connector terminal "E". See «WIRING DIAGRAMS»(ref-2644-S25481753052000041000000). If fuse is okay, go to next step.
- Using test light, backprobe between power mirror switch harness connector terminal "E" (Orange wire) and ground. (Scheme 6) If test light illuminates, go to next step. If test light does not illuminate, repair open in Orange wire between PWR MIRROR fuse terminal in fuse block and power mirror switch connector terminal "E". See «WIRING DIAGRAMS»(ref-2644-S25481753052000041000000).
- Backprobe between power mirror switch harness connector terminals "E" (Orange wire) and "D" (Black wire). (Scheme 6) If test light illuminates, replace power mirror switch. If test light does not illuminate, go to next step.
- Repair open in Black wire between power mirror switch connector terminal "D" and ground. See «WIRING DIAGRAMS»(ref-2644-S25481753052000041000000).
One Power Mirror Inoperative In Up/Down Positions
- Set mirror switch to position of inoperative mirror. If left-side mirror is inoperative, connect test light (backprobe) between power mirror switch connector terminals "G" (Yellow wire) and "H" (Light Green wire). (Scheme 6) If right-side mirror is inoperative, connect test light (backprobe) between power mirror switch connector terminals "A" (Brown/White wire) and "C" (Light Blue/White wire). (Scheme 6) While observing test light, press up position on mirror switch. If test light illuminates, go to next step. If test light does not illuminate, replace power mirror switch.
- Connect test light (backprobe) between power mirror harness connector terminals "B" and "C". (Scheme 7) While observing test light, press up position on mirror switch. If test light illuminates, replace power mirror. See «POWER MIRROR ASSEMBLY»(ref-2644-S17275443452000041000000) under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION. It test light does not illuminate, go to next step.
- If left-side mirror is inoperative, repair open in circuit between power mirror harness connector terminal "C" and power mirror switch connector terminal "G". If right-side mirror is inoperative, repair open in circuit between power mirror harness connector terminal "C" and power mirror switch connector terminal "A". See «WIRING DIAGRAMS»(ref-2644-S25481753052000041000000).

One Power Mirror Inoperative In Left/Right Positions
- Set mirror switch to position of inoperative mirror. If left-side mirror is inoperative, connect test light (backprobe) between power mirror switch connector terminals "F" (White wire) and "H" (Light Green wire). (Scheme 6) If right-side mirror is inoperative, connect test light (backprobe) between power mirror switch connector terminals "B" (Red/White wire) and "C" (Light Blue/White wire). (Scheme 6) While observing test light, press left position on mirror switch. If test light illuminates, go to next step. If test light does not illuminate, replace power mirror switch.
- Connect test light (backprobe) between power mirror harness connector terminals "B" and "A". (Scheme 7) While observing test light, press left position on mirror switch. If test light illuminates, replace power mirror. See «POWER MIRROR ASSEMBLY»(ref-2644-S17275443452000041000000) under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION. If test light does not illuminate, go to next step.
- If left-side mirror is inoperative, repair open in circuit between power mirror harness connector terminal "A" and power mirror switch connector terminal "F". If right-side mirror is inoperative, repair open in circuit between power mirror harness connector terminal "A" and power mirror switch connector terminal "B". See «WIRING DIAGRAMS»(ref-2644-S25481753052000041000000).
One Power Mirror Inoperative
- Set mirror switch to position of inoperative mirror. If left-side mirror is inoperative, connect test light (backprobe) between power mirror switch connector terminals "G" (Yellow wire) and "H" (Light Green wire). (Scheme 6) If right-side mirror is inoperative, connect test light (backprobe) between power mirror switch connector terminals "A" (Brown/White wire) and "C" (Light Blue/White wire). (Scheme 6) While observing test light, press UP position on mirror switch. If test light illuminates, go to next step. If test light does not illuminate, replace power mirror switch.
- Connect test light (backprobe) between power mirror harness connector terminals "B" and "C". (Scheme 7) While observing test light, press up position on mirror switch. If test light illuminates, replace power mirror. See «POWER MIRROR ASSEMBLY»(ref-2644-S17275443452000041000000) under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION. It test light does not illuminate, go to next step.
- If left-side mirror is inoperative, repair open in circuit between power mirror harness connector terminal "B" and power mirror switch connector terminal "H". If right-side mirror is inoperative, repair open in circuit between power mirror harness connector terminal "B" and power mirror switch connector terminal "C". See «WIRING DIAGRAMS»(ref-2644-S25481753052000041000000).
- Check MIR/LOCK fuse (3-amp) in left bussed electrical center, lower left side of instrument panel. Check ground G203 at left upper instrument panel, next to "A" pillar. If MIR/LOCK fuse is okay and ground G203 is clean and tight, go to next step. If MIR/LOCK fuse is blown, check circuit No. 2140 (Orange wire) for a short to ground. See «WIRING DIAGRAMS»(ref-2644-S25481753052000041000000). Repair as necessary and retest system.
- Remove power mirror switch from left door panel with wiring connected. Using a test light connected to ground, backprobe power mirror switch terminal "G" (Orange wire). (Scheme 4) If test light illuminates, go to next step. If test light does not illuminate, repair open in Orange wire between power mirror switch and left bussed electrical center. See «WIRING DIAGRAMS»(ref-2644-S25481753052000041000000).
- Connect test light between power mirror switch harness connector terminals "B" (Black wire) and "G" (Orange wire). (Scheme 4) If test light does not illuminate, repair open in Black wire between power mirror switch connector terminal "B" and ground G203, at left upper instrument panel, next to "A" pillar. See «WIRING DIAGRAMS»(ref-2644-S25481753052000041000000). If test light illuminates, replace power mirror switch.
Disconnect wiring harness connector from inoperative mirror. Move power mirror switch to position of inoperative mirror. Connect a test light between ground and power mirror connector terminal "C" (Yellow wire). (Scheme 5) Move power mirror switch to up/down position, and then left/right position. If test light comes on, replace power mirror. See POWER MIRROR ASSEMBLY under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION. If test light does not come on, check Yellow wire between power mirror connector terminal "C" and power mirror switch for an open. See WIRING DIAGRAMS. If Yellow wire is okay, replace power mirror switch.
Disconnect left-side power mirror harness connector. Connect test light between left-side power mirror harness connector terminal "D" (Light Green wire) and ground. (Scheme 5) Move power mirror switch to left mirror, down position. If test light illuminates, replace left power mirror. See POWER MIRROR ASSEMBLY under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION. If test light does not illuminate, check for open in Light Green wire between left-side power mirror connector terminal "D" and power mirror switch connector terminal "C". See WIRING DIAGRAMS. If circuit is okay, replace power mirror switch.
Disconnect right-side power mirror harness connector. Connect test light between right-side power mirror harness connector terminal "D" (Purple/White wire) and ground. (Scheme 5) Move power mirror switch to right mirror, down position. If test light illuminates, replace right power mirror. See POWER MIRROR ASSEMBLY under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION. If test light does not illuminate, check for open in Purple/White wire between right-side power mirror connector terminal "D" and power mirror switch connector terminal "K". See WIRING DIAGRAMS. If circuit is okay, replace power mirror switch.
Disconnect left-side power mirror harness connector. Connect test light between left-side power mirror harness connector terminal "E" (White wire) and ground. (Scheme 5) Move power mirror switch to left mirror, right position. If test light illuminates, replace left power mirror. See POWER MIRROR ASSEMBLY under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION. If test light does not illuminate, check for open in White wire between left-side power mirror connector terminal "E" and power mirror switch connector terminal "F". See WIRING DIAGRAMS. If circuit is okay, replace power mirror switch.
Disconnect right-side power mirror harness connector. Connect test light between right-side power mirror harness connector terminal "E" (Red/White wire) and ground. (Scheme 5) Move power mirror switch to right mirror, right position. If test light illuminates, replace right power mirror. See POWER MIRROR ASSEMBLY under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION. If test light does not illuminate, check for open in Red/White wire between right-side power mirror connector terminal "E" and power mirror switch connector terminal "J". See WIRING DIAGRAMS. If circuit is okay, replace power mirror switch.
