6Tighten the steering column mounting brackets fasteners to specifications. Refer to Fastener Tightening Specifications . Did you complete the repair?Go to Step 9
7Replace the SIR coil. Refer to Inflatable Restraint Steering Wheel Module Coil Replacement in SIR. Did you complete the repair?Go to Step 9
8Replace the intermediate shaft as necessary. Did you complete the repair?Go to Step 9
