Diagnostic Starting Point - Wiper/Washer Systems
Begin the system diagnosis by reviewing the system Description and Operation. Reviewing the Description and Operation information will help you determine the correct symptom diagnostic procedure when a malfunction exists. Visual/Physical Inspection
- Inspect for aftermarket devices which could affect the operation of the Windshield Wiper/Washer System. Refer to «CHECKING AFTERMARKET ACCESSORIES»(ref-175672-S27030348872005042500000) .
- Inspect the easily accessible or visible system components for obvious damage or conditions which could cause the symptom.
- Inspect the washer fluid reservoir for the proper fluid level.
