Removal Procedure

  1. Disconnect the adjustable pedals motor electrical connector.
  2. Remove the locking clip and disconnect the accelerator sensor connector.
  3. Remove the accelerator assembly. Refer to «Accelerator Pedal with Position Sensor Replacement»(ref-238175-S16954837272006072400000) .

Installation Procedure

  1. Install the accelerator assembly. Refer to «Accelerator Pedal with Position Sensor Replacement»(ref-238175-S16954837272006072400000) .
  2. Connect the accelerator sensor connector and install the locking clip.
  3. Connect the adjustable pedals motor electrical connector.
  4. Verify the operation of the adjustable pedals.
  5. Confirm that the accelerator sensor connector locking clip is installed properly.
  6. Verify the operation of the accelerator pedal. Refer to «Accelerator Pedal with Position Sensor Replacement»(ref-238175-S16954837272006072400000) .
