Piston & Rod Assembly

Install piston with arrow on top of piston toward timing belt end of engine, and oil hole toward intake manifold side. (Scheme 22)

Note. Two standard piston sizes and cylinder bore diameters are used. Piston and cylinder bores are marked "1" or "2". Mark is on top of piston or cylinder block deck surface. see scheme 8
