Pin Voltage Charts 20 illustrations ~326 words

3.1L VIN M (ALL MODELS)

Note. Use Kent-Moore Universal Breakout Box (J-39700), Adapter (J-39700-110) and Overlay (J-39700-112) to obtain pin voltage reading from each circuit. Ensure DVOM negative lead is connected to a known good ground. This PCM voltage chart can be used to save time in diagnosis. Voltages on vehicle being tested may vary slightly from these due to battery voltage or alternator charging level.

Following conditions must be met before testing

  1. Engine at operating temperature.
  2. Engine in closed loop operation.
  3. Engine idling (ENG. "RUN" column).
  4. DLC "test" terminal not grounded.
  5. Scan tester not installed.
  6. Brake not applied.
  7. B+ indicates battery voltage.
