Corvette is equipped with an oil temperature sensor. Sensor indicates oil temperature is high when it should be low, or low when it should be high. A related Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) will set in PCM memory, however, sensor will not cause driveability problems.
| CAUTION | DO NOT attempt to measure oxygen sensor output voltage using a conventional voltmeter. Current drain of voltmeter could damage sensor. Oxygen sensor voltage signal can be measured using a 10-megohm (minimum input impedance) digital voltmeter. |
