FLUID
Only use phosphate-free antifreeze containing ethylene glycol (G 001 1V8A).
CAPACITY
Cooling system capacity is 8.9 qts. (8.5 L).
DRIVE BELT ALIGNMENT
Guide alignment gauge (3201) onto ribbed belt pulley for air conditioner compressor. (Scheme 4) The poly-ribbed belt for the central hydraulic pulp must be in adjustment with the poly-ribbed belt pulley for the air conditioner compressor.
If the two toothed belt pulleys are not in alignment, adjustment is necessary. Remove bolts securing ribbed belt pulley for central hydraulic pump. Using shims, thickness of 0.02, 0.04, and 0.06 inch (0.5, 1.0, and 1.5 mm), adjust the pulleys until they are in alignment. (Scheme 5)
