- Discharge refrigerant circuit. Refer to Refrigerant R134a - Servicing
- Remove bumper as a complete unit.
Refer to 63 BUMPERS
Note. Depending on engine version, it may be necessary to partially loosen/move front end module forward prior to removing condenser. Where necessary, proceed as follows
Refer to 50 BODY - FRONT
- Mark installed position of front end module at front fenders and long members with felt marker.
- Remove front end module bolts from fenders and long members
- Replace removed long member bolts with longer ones (approx. 100 mm) with washer.
- Pull front end module forward as far as possible.
- Remove receiver drier. Refer to «Receiver drier, removing and installing»(ref-276291-S05942257522008010300000) .

Scheme 37
- Remove condenser -a- from bottom (between lock carrier -b- and radiator -c-).
Note. Always replace O-ring -C- (10.8 mm; 1.8 mm). When installing refrigerant pipe, make sure that spring pin -E- is properly positioned. Removed condenser contains refrigerant oil that must be accounted for in refrigerant system when Condenser replacement is necessary. Refer to Refrigerant R134a - Servicing ("Replacing components").
