FRONT COOLANT PIPE

Special tools and workshop equipment required

  1. Drip Tray for VAS 6100 VAS 6208

Drain the coolant. Refer to COOLANT, DRAINING AND FILLING .

Remove fan shroud. Refer to FAN SHROUD .

Remove the bolts -arrows-.

Remove the front coolant pipe from the engine and from the coolant pump.

Install in reverse order, paying attention to the following

  1. Tightening specification, refer to «COOLANT PIPES OVERVIEW»(ref-520122-S19289710182012123100000) .

Note. Replace the O-rings.

Clean and/or smooth the sealing surfaces of the O-rings.

Coat the O-rings with coolant and install them.

Install fan shroud. Refer to FAN SHROUD .

Fill the coolant system COOLANT, DRAINING AND FILLING .
