Remove the Ignition Coils from Cylinder Bank 1 Audi A5 I

Ignition System 2 illustrations

Only remove the lower section of the air filter housing for the cylinder 1 ignition coil. Refer to AIR FILTER HOUSING, LOWER SECTION .

For cylinder 2 and 3 ignition coils, remove the air guide hose (open the hose clamp -3- and the clips -arrows-).

Remove the bolts from the ignition coil wiring harness.

Release electrical connectors and remove connectors simultaneously from ignition coils.

Remove ignition coils with T40039 from spark plug shaft.
