  3. Evaporator Housing Disassembling and assembling. Refer to «EVAPORATOR HOUSING»(/audi/a4/b8-2007-2012/remont/automatic-hvac-system/#air-conditioning-avant__evaporator-housing) .
  4. Coolant Pipe Disconnecting and connecting from heater core. Refer to «A/C UNIT HEAT EXCHANGER»(/audi/a4/b8-2007-2012/remont/automatic-hvac-system/#air-conditioning-avant__ac-unit-heat-exchanger) . For the coolant supply from the engine.
  5. Coolant Pipe Disconnecting and connecting from heater core. Refer to «A/C UNIT HEAT EXCHANGER»(/audi/a4/b8-2007-2012/remont/automatic-hvac-system/#air-conditioning-avant__ac-unit-heat-exchanger) . For coolant return to engine.
  6. O-ring Replace. Lubricate lightly with coolant before installing, refer to «A/C UNIT HEAT EXCHANGER»(/audi/a4/b8-2007-2012/remont/automatic-hvac-system/#air-conditioning-avant__ac-unit-heat-exchanger) .
