Refund Conditions:

You can submit a refund request if the wiring diagrams do not match your vehicle's actual wiring.

To request a refund, select an activated vehicle, describe the problem, specify the wiring diagram name, and describe the discrepancy. Be sure to attach photos:

Connector with clearly visible wire colors that do not match those indicated in the wiring diagram.
Location of the connector in the vehicle.
General view of the vehicle.

After submission, your request will be reviewed within 3 business days. A response and refund receipt will be sent to your email. Please save the receipt until the funds are credited to your account.
