Money Refund Request

Refund Conditions:

You can submit a refund request if the wiring diagrams do not match your vehicle's actual wiring.

To request a refund, select an activated vehicle, describe the problem, specify the wiring diagram name, and describe the discrepancy. Be sure to attach photos:

• Connector with clearly visible wire colors that do not match those indicated in the wiring diagram.
• Location of the connector in the vehicle.
• General view of the vehicle.

After submission, your request will be reviewed within 3 business days. A response and refund receipt will be sent to your email. Please save the receipt until the funds are credited to your account.
